The desktop will run just fine with 64MB and it's not going to be OpenGL accelerated, I doubt you're planning on playing some exclusive Mac game that requires more then 128MB vram (Very rarely would you ever need much more VRAM unless you are playing a 3D accelerated game, The desktop will run just fine with 64MB Vram and doing a bit of tinkering if there actually was OpenGL acceleration going on haha Nothing you can do about that, OSX never runs well enough to be usable in any VM, adding more memory will do nothing as it will never be used and the 3D acceleration will never run or be usable.
